ZDSP / ZRSP / ZDLP electric single seat regulating valve is composed of PS series and 3810 series straight stroke electric actuator and low flow resistance through single seat valve. (can also be equipped with other brand direct travel agencies). The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with servo amplifier, input control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply can control the valve opening to adjust the pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and other parameters. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large volume, small volume and high adjustment precision. The control accuracy and performance are obviously improved than that of DKZ.
The single seat valve is suitable for occasions where the leakage is strict, the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is low, and there is a certain viscosity. Widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, environmental protection, light industry, equipment and other industries.
Note: normal temperature type: the working temperature of normal temperature is -20-+200 C, and the leakage level is grade IV.
High temperature valve cover is equipped with heat sink, which can be used for medium temperature -60-+450 degrees.
Bellows seal type to the upper and lower moving stem to form a complete seal, blocking fluid leakage.
The low temperature type adopts the lengthened Gega heat insulation plate structure, which can be used at cryogenic temperature of -196 C. |
